Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and process a full refund.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Special Note

• Customized or limited edition products cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
